What I do at the LTB

The Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) is an Ontario tribunal that decides residential landlord-tenant disputes under the Residential Tenancies Act. The process can feel confusing—especially when deadlines, evidence rules, and online filing are involved.

My role is to make the process clear and manageable by helping you:

• prepare and file applications and responses
• organize evidence (ledgers, photos, texts, emails) into a hearing-ready package
• communicate with the LTB and the other side where appropriate
