LANDLORD FEE SCHEDULE
This fee schedule is designed for small landlords (10 or fewer rental units) who want clear pricing and practical support for Landlord and Tenant Board matters in Ontario. Fees are organized by service type so you can choose the level of help you want — from document preparation to full representation.
How pricing works
- Fees are based on defined service steps and scope.
- If your file expands beyond scope, I will explain the impact and confirm any additional work before it’s done.
- Some matters involve out-of-pocket costs (for example, filing fees, process servers, courier/printing). If they apply, we’ll discuss them before anything is spent.
- Payment plans may be available.

Your total may be higher or lower depending on complexity, urgency, the number of issues, the quality of the documents provided, and whether key facts are disputed. HST and disbursements may apply unless stated otherwise. Services begin only after a written retainer agreement is signed.
